I’m Lauren, founder of Grown Ups . I’ve worked in the marketing industry for over 13 years across influencer, PR, content and brand campaign teams for some of the UK’s biggest retailers including Simply Be, The Very Group and The Boohoo Group.

Why Grown Ups?

While working as a Senior PR & Influencer Manager, I had the idea for Grown Ups.

There are loads of influencer agencies representing Gen Z influencers - but what about the creators building audiences who aren’t bothered about being ‘that girl’ or ‘Y2K girlies’? (We invented that style first time around, thanks very much).

I’m talking about audiences who are balancing careers, family life, changing bodies, feeling overlooked by retailers who were once their ‘go-to’. I’m talking about Grown Ups.
